The weaving center is open Monday through Thursday and closed Friday through Sunday during class sessions. Winter classes begin on January 12th and run through March 16th. The director is available Monday through Wednesday from 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm and Thursday from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm. The director can be reached via email at grandac@milwaukee.k12.wi.us.
Open weave is available to registered weavers with an active project on a loom for a fee of $3.00. Weavers must be experienced and capable of weaving without instructor oversight as there is no weaving instruction for open weave. Open weave is not available to beginning weavers. Effective 1/26/26, open weave hours are Monday through Wednesday from 2:30 to 8:00 pm.
