The weaving center is open Monday through Thursday during class sessions. Fall classes begin on September 22nd and run through December 4th. The weaving center is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The director’s hours are 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and the director can be reached via email at grandac@milwaukee.k12.wi.us or by calling (414)267-5771.
Open weave is available to registered weavers with an active project on a loom for a fee of $3.00. Weavers must be experienced and capable of weaving without instructor oversight, and there is no weaving instruction. Open weave is not available to beginning weavers. The fall open weave schedule is Monday through Thursday from 2:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. beginning on September 29th.
